Welcome to Windermere Boise
Our company traces its roots to 1863, developing and selling homes in Boise's North End while the nation was in the middle of the Civil War. We've been through the Gilded Age, wars, depressions, recessions and economic booms. A company only prospers so long by holding firm to basic principles: integrity, customer care, adaptability and public service.
In 1997, Richard B. Smith chose to affiliate itself with the Northwest's premier real estate company, Windermere Real Estate, joining a fast-growing network of the most highly regarded real estate offices throughout the West. Yet many traditions remain as Richard B. Smith entered its third century of operation: Jason G. Smith, great-great-grandson of founder Franklin B. Smith, is now the designated broker and manages the firm, which sells in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell and McCall/Valley County area.
Even in this difficult economic climate, our firm delivers. The average selling volume of our agents, and units sold per agent, is among the highest in our market.
For nearly 150 years, Idaho has been good to our company. That tradition fits well with Windermere, which places a priority on improving the quality of life in the areas it serves. We regularly work with local charities and nonprofits on service projects and fundraisers.
