Education

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Oregon University in Economics; received my real estate license in 2006 and my broker's license in 2009.

Idaho Native

Born in Idaho and raised in Boise and Meridian, I'm a loyal native Idahoan. After spending 16 years in higher education administration in Oregon, I joined one of the most recognized and dynamic real estate firms in Boise and the surrounding valley.

Experience

When I joined the Windermere/Richard B. Smith family late in 2006, the real estate market was just starting to turn from double-digit appreciation in home values to a very different and complex real estate market. I began representing sellers and buyers in short sales and also began working with my associate, Hugh Hendrix, assisting in the listing of bank-owned properties (REO). This partnership has grown into what has become nearly my full-time focus...listing and selling REO assets.
