I have been a licensed Realtor for over 20 consecutive years and have been in the Top Producer Club each year. I am a fourth generation owner of Boise`s Windermere Real Estate/Richard B. Smith, Inc., founded in 1863 by my great-grandfather, Franklin B. Smith, Sr.

My many community activities have included Boise Rotary Club, Visual Literacy (International Board Member and consultant), Outstanding Young Women of America, Gamma Phi Beta (past Alumni President), PEO, St. Luke`s Hospital Auxiliary, Boise City Panhellenic (Past President), Boise Gallery of Art, Fundsy, Boise Junior League, Opera Idaho, Neighborhood Watch (Chairman), Boise Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Committee, and Bronco Athletic Association Board of Directors.

I'm proud to hold two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Idaho, and a Master of Arts in Education from Boise State University, with Doctoral Study through Portland State University. I am continuing to pursue my education through annual classes, workshops and seminars.

Of course, my family is of prime importance to me. I feel blessed to be able to live and work near my parents, June W. & Richard B. Smith, and to share time with my children Beau Brazier, Barb & Rob Studebaker and our beautiful grandson Alex, Rich Eichmann, and my husband David Eichmann.
