Marketing is the basis for longevity and success in real estate sales and it’s what I know. I have a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Idaho, and 16 years experience marketing professional services and real estate. I began my real estate career in one of Idaho's first Windermere offices in Sun Valley, marketing high end properties in a competitive environment. I also marketed real estate for 3 years in Twin Falls, Idaho where I was a million dollar producer. It was in Twin Falls that I added my Associate Broker and GRI designations before moving back to Boise.

My dad was career Air Force and born in Nampa. It is a treat to have roots in the Treasure Valley, because I spent my youth as an Air Force "brat." My family was reassigned approximately every 2 years. Boise was always "home base." We became proficient at relocating! I graduated from Bishop Kelly High School. Now, I'm happy to stay put and raise my family in what I know to be one of the best cities on earth!

So, I'm a moving expert! I have great empathy for anyone buying, selling and/or relocating. And that is what drives my approach to real estate sales. I want to use my experience in marketing to represent my seller’s properties. In addition, I will call on my life experience and ability to anticipate and avoid or mitigate the pitfalls encountered when negotiating a real estate transaction and completing a move.
