Roger has been selling real estate since 1983. He has vast experience helping people in different types of situations buying and selling different types of properties. He takes great pleasure in getting the job done right and satisfying clients. He relies on repeat business and makes sure he does the best job possible so clients continue to use him in future transactions and so they will refer others to him. He is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and feels education is important in keeping up with the changes that occur in the real estate industry. He is also a Graduate of the Number One Real Estate Training Course, "FLoyd Wickman's Sweat Hogs" and was honored with the "On Track Award".

Roger is currently the Sales Manager for Windermere Real Estate/Richard B. Smith. He gives training to agents in the office, and helps them as problems arise and answers any questions they may have. He has implemented a coaching program in the office to help agents become more profitable and productive. Roger is currently serving as a Director for the National Association of Realtors. He served as MLS Chairman in 1993 and Board President in 2000. He feels it is important to give back to the industry and has given and continues to give countless hours of time to the industry. He was honored with the Distinguished Service Award in 1994, and honored as Realtor of the Year in 1997.

Roger feels it is important to give back to the community that provides him a living. He gives back in many ways. He has been a Little League Coach and Board Member, Y-Ball Coach, Soccer Coach, and he and his wife have served several times as PTO Presidents. He even served as the Chairman of the Meridian School Site Selection Committee. Roger is married to Joy, and they have 5 boys. Clearly, he sees the need to be involved in sports and school activities. He has been a Scoutmaster and tries to attend all campouts with his scout-age children. Church is also important to Roger, and he has served in various leadership positions.

Roger is committed to helping his clients by giving great service. Roger feels integrity is important in this industry, and will do his best in following the principles of the Golden Rule. Roger is proud to be a Realtor and adheres to the strict code of ethics. He considers it important to be honest in all that he does. He wants to represent his clients' best interests in all of his dealings. He also feels importance of keeping up with technology in the real estate business.
